Senior Fitness

Our trainers work with our Seniors to design individualized programs to meet the needs of active aging adults. incorporating modalities such as Tai Chi and Yoga.

Workouts include:

  • Moderate exercise and strength training

  • Posture

  • Proper lifting

  • Fall prevention
