We have been working with Josh for several months and have had a great experience for my 12 year old son. After recovering from a fractured Tibia we were looking to rebuild strength and flexibility for injury prevention. Josh has been excellent. He pushes at the right times and pulls back when needed. He incorporates the right amount of stretching with strength training. Josh is very flexible on scheduling and the virtual training enhances the flexibility. The one on one training allows for quick modifications depending on what other practices or training is on the schedule. We would recommend Josh to any teenager looking to improve fitness and strength.
