Mindfulness

Practicing mindfulness involves breathwork, guided imagery, and other modalities such as Yoga and Tai Chi to help one relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.

Our mindfulness instructors will guide your physical/mental/spiritual journey. Be present in the moment, while focusing on breathing and visualization techniques. This could involve a moving meditation incorporating Yoga or Tai Chi and silent moments of reflection. Our goal is to relax the body & mind and reduce stress & anxiety.
