“J. Lo” Package (focuses on glutes; inner-and-outer thighs; hamstrings)

The ‘J.Lo’ lower-body intense workout will help you achieve gorgeous sculpted legs, a firmer backside and slimmer hips, perfect for that sexy, fitted hourglass gown or bridal mini-dress.
“Madonna” Package (focuses on biceps, triceps and shoulders)
Who doesn’t envy the Material Girl’s fierce, buff arms? If you’re going strapless or sleeveless, you’ll want to feel ultra confident, especially holding your bouquet or dancing it up (just like Madge) at the reception. With the ‘Madonna’ package, our instructors will show you all the tricks of the trade, to tighten up those biceps and triceps so that you can look like you are genetically gifted.
“Fergie” Package (focuses primarily on abdominals; back; chest)
Wow the crowd with your perfect posture, your lean, toned abs and sculpted back on your special day with the ‘Fergie’ routine. Concentrating on strengthening your core, the Fergie workout will help flatten your tummy (hello washboard abs!), firm up your chest and strengthen the lower back – all key for a strong physique.
