Would you chance to know if it is’s safe to lift weights while trying to lose weight? I have made it my new years resolution so I am trying to stay with it.
Of course you can do that, in fact I would suggest you do that. Muscle is the only thing known to burn fat.
Keep in mind that the more muscle you have the more fat you burn.
However, muscle also weighs more than fat, so you will have the appearance of looking thinner and you will go down in sizes, but your overall weight may not drop.
Most importantlt, only lift weights in a supervised environment.

Cosistency, and patience should always be held in high regard when using traditional workoput materials. In all actuality our own bodies in combination with gravity allow for enough resistance to obtain a full body workout. Please be more specific so I may elaborate on this subject.
Not so much you can do but to mark it as spam. It has a lot tp do with the coding of the site and safe domains. Research that and see what you come up with.
