The warmer season is upon us.The excuse for staying indoors is gone.Below are quick and simple strategies to improve your exercise routine, all the while bonding with your little one.

Save on babysitting costs.No need for daycare or the at-home visit from a babysitter.With the beautiful weather and a stroller, you can have your child in tow.

Time is never on your side.Getting to the gym always seems to get lost in the hectic lifestyle of being a mom.This way you can be the mom and exercise at the same time.

Enjoy the weather.Instead of staring at the same four walls in your gym or apartment, take in the fresh air, sunshine, and all that nature has to offer.

Save on gym memberships.Let’s be honest with ourselves—that membership generally goes unused.Instead of freezing the payment, stop altogether.A nearby park can be the best gym your neighborhood has to offer.

The stroller is the only piece of exercise equipment you’ll ever need.It can double as resistance and assistance in many cases.Put down the dumbbells and let the stroller be your guide.

Be your own explorer.Here’s an opportunity to navigate new neighborhoods.There are certain areas you’ve always wanted to visit—why not jog there with the little one by your side?
